When you have an online life, you can have more opportunities that you could do in real life. People rely more on their online life to do more things that they wish they can do rather than just looking at it for entertainment or a pass time. Chapter 12: she focuses on how online sites and technology machines are similar because they allow you to express your feelings without doing it in person. She could also use the viewpoint of someone who agrees with her that technology is not good for us. She also gives examples of how that is true in the book. Chapter 12: it is easier to be a bully online rather than face to face.
