Proactive personality someone who is more apt to take initiative and persevere to influence the environment. This is the ability to read your own e(cid:373)otio(cid:374)s a(cid:374)d gauge your (cid:373)oods a(cid:272)(cid:272)urately, so you k(cid:374)ow how you"re affe(cid:272)ti(cid:374)g others. Self-management this is the ability to control your emotions and act with honesty and integrity in reliable and adaptable ways. You can leave occasional bad moods outside the office.
