Effects of burns: chance of infection in an open wound, fluid loss caused by fluid in blisters that effect surrounding skin. Fire gases: products of combustion in gas state at normal temperature, can cause death in case of, toxic gasses given off, co given off, reduces oxygen carrying capacity of blood. Emergency planning requirements: any facility that produces, store, or uses any epa listed extremely hazardous materials in an amount greater than its threshold planning quantity is subject to emergency planning requirements.
