You"re driving down the road and you have a sudden urge to drive off the side of the road. She had ocd and freaked out and was unable to forget this vivid image. Called her roommate and told her to get rid of all of the knives. Every time she saw something sharp she had this same image. This turned into seeing anything that could impale someone and would see graphic images of her impaling someone. Had to drop out of college after 6 weeks of these thoughts: when she came to him she could not look at anything sharp without having urges of violence. Then spiraled into if he only held something with one hand then he must hold it with the other or that side of his body would be stronger. Then to if he hit one knee on the desk then he must hit the other knee at the exact same angle: religion/blasphemy.
