In good negotiations, both sides feel that they have made a good deal: other strategies, agreeing to disagree: attempt to avoid conflict by proceeding on basis that there are insuperable differences in opinions. 2: however, diverse teams turn out to come to equally good or even worse solution quality than homogenous groups.
