This is my opinion that the contract is legally defected and should not serve any legal ground for don so file any suit against my company. However, as per the background information as cited, the signer of the contract was a minor who does not possess any legal competency to sign any contract with anyone. By having the minor to sign a contract, the entire contract becomes unconscionable. Moreover, the minor was a part time deliveryman at the time that he signed the contract.
