Effective training programs in such areas as employment practices, inspection and maintenance of facilities, proper supervision and instruction in your programs, and protection of your intellectual property are essential to the implementation of a preventive law program. Risk elimination- the sale of alcohol is peripheral to a fitness club operation and may be eliminated based on the prospect of huge losses.
