Physically unusual humans- body acts: large/small, male/female secondary sexual characteristics, extraordinary conditions or diseases. Working acts: tattoos, fire eaters, jugglers, blade acts. Naturals - born with extraordinary conditions, conjoined twins, not fully formed limbs.
