Wilson"s fourteen points are even and don"t signal out germany or other countries. Four points to the treaty of versailles: the land settlement (who get"s what), the military settlement (who can have what), the financial settlement (who gives what), and the assignment of guilt. The land settlement- what happened to europe. Out of eastern germany gets carved as poland. Russia also gives away territory to form estonia, finland, and latvia.
