Both groups say a man in the street that was just hit by a car. Group a stops and helps, group b does not. Another study is that kids who are not aggressive get warned by their teachers, then start acting up. Certain situations bring out the best version of someone. Other situations bring out the worst version of someone: psychoanalytic theory, freud brought about hysterical personality. An idea from freud: unresolved oedipal crisis leaves girl afraid of her murderous wishes to get rid of her mother.
