Big bang - in software (waterfall: 80s, 90s, 00s) Problems: missed features, product is not what customer wanted. If customer isn"t happy, you built the wrong software. To fix flaws of big bang, iterate! In agile, we will deliver working software here! Everytime you make significant progress, check with customer and refine what you are working on. Iteration is frequent checkup for software; you always will know how you"re doing. Big bang approach wouldn"t have ready until end and that"s the worst time to realize you"ve gone wrong! Show your customer little pieces of functionality.
