In town, nature was closed out, but could successfully climb business ladder. In country, closed out from people, but had the beauty of nature. Concentrated small cities with balance of nature and humans. Bullseye model, at center was hub, then residential, greenspace, and easy access throughout. Center had parks, city center, and small scale shopping. Town-country had 32000 people population to deal with congestion and density by decentralization. Letchworth, welwyn real life realization of garden city ideal.
