The conservatives wanted to make a speech to alert its followers to the opposers of the weimar republic. Hitler thought they were going to march on berlin without him, so he broke into the meeting with the sa. Hitler demanded the nationalist and conservative leaders follow him and proclaim the german revolution had begun and then march with him the following day on berlin. The leaders of the parties were upset that hitler did this and they set up a barrier with the police to stop his march. Hitler showed up the next day expecting them and they never showed but he marched anyway. He reached the barrier and cops and wanted to continue marching. 16 nazis were killed and 3 police were killed. Those who participated in the march were arrested.
