Group members: alison yeager, ian talley, matt bailey, & matt glowacky. Summary of problem: leeli + lou is a boutique in oxford, ohio that has only been open a month. Two women are buyers for the store, and go to la and new york about once a month to find pieces, to order and then ship to the store. A problem that the store has been facing is that"s it"s hard to keep enough stock in the store. Pieces fly off the shelves and it"s not an easy task to get more, because most pieces are not available for reorder so it involves making another trip to. Another problem is that the owner continues to hire more girls and we are already have 14 girls on the schedule. This makes it difficult to fairly schedule everyone, while also giving them a decent amount of hours a week.
