Since the states don"t have the power to tax, they cant support themselves. Consolidation of government=> the destruction of liberty. The judicial power of the us has too great a jurisdiction. The supreme court will take away the power and dignity of the state courts. The status quo of state laws will be overturned. With representation the people will not govern. We are too diverse=> nothing will get done.
