Keep everyone normalish will let them function in other aspects of life and be a participating citizen justice issue. Something special about healthcare as it is different from cars and has more importance as it helps us preserve normal functioning. Narveson things that there is a right to health. Negative right: we have a right to health so we cannot decrease others health. Cant expcet epople to do things to promote out hletah.
