As a society we shouldn"t insure that everyone has health insurance. Wrong to force people (taxation) to supply insurance to others. Though people are free to give to charities. Keep everyone normalish will let them function in other aspects of life and be a participating citizen justice issue. Something special about healthcare as it is different from cars and has more importance as it helps us preserve normal functioning. Narveson things that there is a right to health. Negative right: we have a right to health so we cannot decrease others health. Cant expcet epople to do things to promote out hletah.
