Hypothesis [statement: possible explanations 4 the observation, can be changed with new data, it mostly states relationship between biological variables (acc to txt pg3, mostly also allows predications to be made. To make the understanding better it identifies organism/ process in investigation ,identifies variables being recorded and explains how will be compared. eg: The number of song birds heard per hour during daylight temperatures above 80f is signicantly different from number heard per hour at temperatures 80f below. It"s if kind of sentence expecting something to happen.
