Sinusitis: inflammation of sinuses, can be acute or chronic, people tend to have pain in the face because fluid builds up due to the inflammation. Tonsillitis: inflammation of tonsils, painful swallowing, tender lymph nodes, came from strep. Pharyngitis: sore throat, could be from cold, take soothing agents to reduce inflammation.
