Hearsay is testimony involving information the witness was told but has no direct knowledge of: circumstantial evidence this is also admissible in court. It is testimony by a witness that requires jurors to draw a reasonable inference: evidence can come from testimonies or expert witness, character attacks in movies we see a lot of character assassinations.
