My target behavior is drinking too much coffee. I would like to change this behavior because i like my coffee with lot of sugar in it which increases my changes of diabetes, and i know that caffeine is not good for me, especially in excess. I tend to consume coffee every day to get myself moving in the mornings, but also throughout the day when i am feeling sluggish and tired. By cutting out this bad habit i believe that my sleep habits would improve and my diet would also improve.
