Social responsibility- business" intenion to do right things and act in ways that are goof for society. For and against social responsibility: are they doing it just for tax purposes? etc. Social screening- applying social criteria to investment decisions, think about companies you are invesing in and see what they do if you not support. Green mgt- managers consider the impact of their organizaion on the natural environment. Legal approach- simply do what required by obeying laws and regulaions without legal challenge. Market approach- respond to preferences of customers for environmentally friendly products. Stakeholder approach- meet env demands of muliple stakeholders: employee, supplier, community. Acivist approach- look for ways to respect environment and be acively socially responsible. Ethics- principles, values, and beliefs that deine right/wrong behavior.
