I disagree with the way the organization has been organized. The chart reveals that there is wasted time and resources. It seems like there is a lot of unnecessary bureaucratic paper work that wastes time in between departments that are doing, essentially, the same thing. A lot of the tasks and duties of each department seem to overlap in ways that produce too much wasted time. I would recommend having meetings either on a weekly basis, or bi-weekly basis. Since the it departments has different processes in doing things, then they need to meet more often to implement changes to kenneth"s new tool. Instead the project board was only required to meet monthly to update the progress of the new tool and have assistance if needed. The final meeting did not go as planned because the synchronization of the new tool process between two teams would not handle their needs.
