Action query used to perform below following tasks like. Action queries used to update certain information in specified group of records. Action queries used to append data from one table into another. With action queries one can delete specific record from one or more tables. Action query is also used to create a new database table from specific records held. Action queries needed to complete backup of all tables. It will ensure that one has complete backup of entire database. Reversing the results of action query cannot be performed. It is strongly advised to check twice before performing and performing backup of data tables.
