Working in the underground economy as a crack dealer is very self-beneficial as there is no taxes on pay as stated by benzie. Also there is a lack of job security in the legal economy as it is a lot more competitive and requires a lot more hard work. Also working underground, dealers develop dirty habits such as prostitution and sniffing cocaine as there is more free time. Despite this most workers working in the underground economy prefere the working conditions of the legal economy: find out the process by which rapists are exonerated. It was learnt that the rapists were exonerated on jackie"s lack of remorse and her failure to follow the traditional a nuclear solution of establishing household with her rapist abductor. She did recover slowly but was mentally damaged by the incident but as primo states besides she still talks to the guy(her rapist) .
