Intro (5 min) - phatic communication (communication which serves a social function, such as social pleasantries that don"t seek or offer any information of value) and nonverbal communication (eye contact, posture, body language, etc. ) Body (30 min) - explore major areas of resume (education, experience, activities, etc. Closing (5 min) - lingers in interviewers mind; organizations try to sell themselves (pr value) or sell your opportunity at the company [if they feel the interview went well] For most full time jobs, you will meet with at least 2-3 interviewers. All involve intense stage of relationship analysis (early judgements) Size of organization: larger organizations will have a more standardized interview and process. Training: larger organizations train interviewers (methods, laws, evaluation, etc. )
