Netanatomy images: radiographic anatomy >head & neck: 9-11 / cross-sectional anatomy >head & neck: levels 6, 8. Common tendon from iliac crest, sacrum, and sp of lumbar vertebrae. Unilateral = lateral flexion of neck & rotate head and neck on same side. Rotates to opposite side (if right is firing, will rotate to left) Rotation of head and neck on same side. Rotation of the head and neck on same side. Vomer (1), mandible (1: ethmoid bone = in both cranium and fascial, septum is an extension of vomer bone. In kids skulls have a lot more bones, but as adults they fuse together. Secondary = cervical and lumbar: as babies hold head up = cervical curvature, as babies start walking on 2 legs = lumbar curvature. Spinal abnormalities: kyphosis = thoracic vertebrae, mainly in old people, sustained compression fractures.
