All residential undergrad scholars are required to purchase a meal plan and all block transactions are elecgonic and involve simply swiping your buckid. There is nothing different from using a buckid than from using a prepaid debit card or credit card except there are extra charges/ fees with buck id. Solution only charge meal plan holders for what they purchase, if you purchase something for. 4. 45, then you pay only 4. 45, not 5 dollars. One reason things are unlikely to change takes us back to the notion of organizational deviance.
