Are there ticketing hot spots (towns or cities where more likely to get ticket when stopped) In studying rape assuming the data ae made public in ways that permit the analysis people will want to know which universities are rape hotspots. There are currently 28 universities collecting social climate data brown, osu, iowa, case. Western, uni of michigan, columbia, harvard, yale etc. Because violating title 9 and in trouble with office of civil rights. These surveys will give us info how many women took survey and their sexual assault victimization in previous 12 months will be able to use info to identify universities as rape hot spots.
