Create systems that allow information to be shared among all employees. Break down barriers that limit organizational communication and feed employee fears. Any examples of employee fears about information sharing. You need: strong management, common goals, understanding perception and other things from earlier systems thinking presentations. The goals and objectives of a plan determine the structure that the company, etc. will have to have to accomplish those goals and objectives. For example, to be the nation"s leader in customer service, you must have a customer service department.
