This group determines whether the company is going to make a profit out of the product, because if the majority adopted the product, then 50% of the market is buying into it. This group decided to buy it because the majority is getting it, and it would be not cool if they don"t get it. This is the group basically follows the trend and what majority does, but come pretty late in the game. Absolutely avoid the change, the only way you can let them adopt it is because there is no other option for them. Bair and switch: lure you in and get you with some other product.
