Internal/external causes: internal is about yourself, external is about others or the environment, stable/unstable causes, controllable/uncontrollable causes. Think about the last time someone was rude or mean to you in some way. False consensus effect overestimating the degree to which everyone else thinks or acts the way we do. Positive illusions: positive views of oneself that are not necessarily rooted in reality, those who have more of them are generally psychologically healthier.
