Physical Evidence
Can establish elements of a crime:
- Intentional act of nonconsensual penetration of a penis, other body part, or an object
manipulated by the perpetrator into an intimate body cavity of another
- Proof can be established through DNA or seminal fluid (unless he wore a condom)

where the examination will take place
