Issues are clear: subject or topic oriented, solutions, clarify perceptions first, focus on issues, not people, establish a goal, ego conflict. Every (cid:272)o(cid:374)fli(cid:272)t has the pote(cid:374)tial to (cid:271)e destructive or constructive.
