Types of conflict (mse: misperceptions/ pseudo, misleading conflict- (cid:863)thi(cid:374)k they are i(cid:374) (cid:272)o(cid:374)fli(cid:272)t(cid:863, misunderstanding one another, solutions, question, paraphrase content or feelings, simple conflict, most common, 2 people do not meet eye-to-eye. Issues are clear: subject or topic oriented, solutions, clarify perceptions first, focus on issues, not people, establish a goal, ego conflict. Every (cid:272)o(cid:374)fli(cid:272)t has the pote(cid:374)tial to (cid:271)e destructive or constructive.
