Itp: autoimmune disorder in which lifespan of platelets is decreased: hellp syndrome: hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, low platelet count, dic: clotting and anticlotting mechanisms occur at the same time, not a primary condition; secondary to pregnancy complications.
