Perform cover test cranial nerve 3,4,6 extra ocular movements cranial nerve one is olfactory. Use the light to look for red reflex. Nose look for symmetry inspect septum should be midline, may see holes in septum. Palpate the tragus look for ear was tympanic membrane, should be pearly gray. May see line behind membrane if there is a line it may be a sinus infection.
