Presentation -
Session - (e.g. synch across connections), logi/state across msgs from one
socket or across multiple sockets
Transport - Delievery services (first end to end layer): QoS, throughput,
reliability
Network - Select P2P link in order to forward (route) data throught the Network
Data Link - Point to point transfer fro one machine to another that are
"direclty" connected
Physical - Convert bits to Physical phenonmena
