Platelets go to clot and white blood cells come to fight infection. Increase rbc amount to help deliver o2 to site for healing. Try to reabsorb things back into system to maintain blood volume. In the meantime; get a first aid kit. Direct pressure (from person injured while you put on ppe) Add more pressure (add on top, don"t peal off because it concealing the clot) Apply dressings using flat part of fingers or palm of hand. Once to it has stopped or cannot keep pressure, wrap a bandage firmly over the dressings to hold them in place. Minor cuts and wounds- wash with soap and water then dressing. Place tourniquet 2 inches above injury if possible. If you apply correctly, it will cause pain as it stops the bleeding.
