No way to measure the merpeople world except by using churches. Reflection for exotic other, non christian humans. Nature of nature: not as good as the regular world. Feminine realm: women have power in undersea world. Grandma tells little mermaid about other world (artist/storyteller) Sea witch area: terrifying, no vegetation, steaming stuff rising as if it were hell.
