Document Summary
In the following report, i will be documenting my findings that i gained through my research. In my reading and research contract, i commit myself to conducting scholarly research about human resource management careers. I gathered a plethora of insights about the human resource industry that i will be sharing in this report. Originally i chose to research the human resource assistant role, but my research lead me to various roles in the industry altogether. Some of the topics that will be discussed in the following report are my career interests, trends and issues, future projections, preparations, and potential employers. As previously stated, i initially commit to researching human resource specialist roles because many of those careers are entry level. I wanted to learn about careers that i could be applying to after i graduate. After viewing many different sources, i learned that this role is very diverse depending on the needs of the company.
