Sex referred to anatomical positions and organs john money. Money thought gender was far more important than sex b/c it is how you identify. First person to try to understand what is normal about sexual behavior. People talked about sex, it was in movies, there were case studies but no large surveys about sex. Had a very strong point of view- all sex was good sex- hated the morality of his culture that defines only monogamous heterosexual sex was the only acceptable sex. People are naturally not heterosexual but pansexual people can enjoy all kinds of sexual relationships. Homosexuality is a binary point of view, homosexuals don"t threaten heterosexuals, but bisexuality there are multiple behaviors to be accepted of, much more of a challenge to tradition sex norms kinsey would agree with this. First course in sex taught at a university. 8% sex with animals (40% lived on farms)
