Willing to be the test case that would challenge the governments discrimination against him. This was discrimination because of his race. Fred is sent to an assembly center. Raised for the rst time the issue that the internment was unconstitutional. After we they got to utah people realized who fred was. Lonely for fred to make a stand against his community.
