Document Summary

Marx: work becomes easier those in power and increases ef ciency, need bureaucracy to maintain social control. Sees society as complex organization: every 1 person serves a function, always changing and moving, keep equilibrium with division of labor, *inclusion* Rise of technology (industrial revolution) had a big impact on capitalism: massive production. A law initiated by the rich which resulted in private property. Drove people who were agriculture based to find new job. A pool of people who are in dire need of jobs. A group of people who are desperate and in need of a job and will work for less. Capitalism began on unequal relationships between owners and workers. Without the threats of workers not working, owners will do their best to milk workers dry. Talking about it how it should be but not how it is. Something someone can make you do against your will. Women can not be sexist at this time.
