More than one carbon is sharing hydrogen: omega 3: first double bond is located 3rd from omega end, omega 6: first double bond is located 6th from omega end. Sources: nuts, seeds, fish oil, soybean and canola oils, walnuts, mussels, crab, shrimp. Intake of 2 servings of fish per week. No pills are available in market, very easy to consume omega 6.
