The first step of developing self esteem is establishing a strong identity. Positive affirmation don"t work at least not alone. Looking in mirror and say u can do it (does not work) (am i ?) asking yourself good, positive questions. You brain automatically answer any question you ask it. Positive affirmations as reminders (affirming your values) School is important to me and that"s why i study. You have inherent worth as a human being. This worth doesn"t change with success or failure. You"re way too complicated of a person to label with a single word like failure, dumb, unlovable.
