The cell: cell theory: all living things are made up of cells. Give the cell shape and structure: made up of, microfilaments of actin enable cells to change shape and move. The sticky capsule may also have pili stuck to it. Energy and metabolism: energy is the capacity to do work, kinetic energy is energy that is actually doing work.
