Your argument is the star of your essay, not the sources. Thesis: throughout the research process, you will be rethinking and refining your question, and therefore rethinking and refining your thesis. Therefore, while there are several stages at which you"ll be ask to formulate a thesis, it is likely that it will only be in the final draft your thesis is fully articulated.
