His name means the god ashur has protected the heir. He is expanding to all corners and now all lands have to give him resources and gifts which he is bringing back home so his crafters can work on them. He has brought economic revival, stopped political rivalry and this statue is put on a temple to show that he is always praying to the god. He wears a long skirt, he has long hair and a full bear. This is all to portray past traditions and to portray him as a present king. This is idolizing him and it shows the gods he is a powerful man whose power come from the gods since he is holding a sickle which the gods use to fight monsters. In his left hand he is holding a maze which tells he is the vice regent of ashur(god).
