Access to us health care on mainland -- some federal services, free to travel and work in the us without visa restrictions. Us territories: guam samoa, and northern mariana islands. Us administrative oversight, full us constitutional protections do not apply. Refers to a person having origins in any of the original peoples of hawaii, guam, samoa, or other pacific islands. Higher rates of alcohol and tobacco use. Limited infrastructure for those residing in micronesia and polynesia areas. Displacement of traditional diets based on fishing and cultivation of tropical plants.
