Social media is not something that a lot of individuals think about when they want to write, particularly if it is writing something that is not only about updating a status. What many people fail to recognize is that social media has evolved the way many individuals take writing and how they eventually use it in life. The manner in which most people look at writing is normally more formal and official, for example filling out forms and sheets, writing papers or memos for one"s work. It is worth noting that there are several types of social media that are used in different ways. One of the most widely used social media sites is facebook. I upload pictures, videos, update my status, post stories and issues as well as liking and sharing the stories that my friends post on facebook.
