Restaurants- insects present within the establishment, people can bring the insects inside to bring legal issue. Pest control- cockroaches, bed bugs- did people bring them into the bed or does the place they"re staying have an infesta8on, termites. Stored products entomology: how much insects will end up in the food, what should be an allowable amount to be present in the food. High numbers of an infesta8on doesn"t mean that the infesta8on has been going on for awhile. If the numbers are below the reproduc8on live 8me than it is likely that the infesta8on is fresh.
